Car care and accessories

Alaska is a wholly Danish company with administration and sales offices in Holbæk, and its own production facilities in Tullebølle in Langeland. The factory consists of seven modernfilling lines necessary to produce the many specialist car care products, together with the high quantity products such as screen washer, radiator and carburettor fluids. The factory also provides filling orders for external products and a vast amount of export orders. Thesefilling orders are fulfilled by a subsidiary company under the trade name KIMEX A/S.

Alaska can be traced back to the start of the 1970s when the company first produced and sold car windscreen washer fluid, which at the time was a reasonably new product in the marketplace. From this initial offering the company expanded to radiator and carburettor fluid, and later in the 1980s and 1990s extended to a full range of car care products. Alaska is, today, the only brand in Denmark to cover the full complement of car care products.

Since Alaska in the 1980s coined the phrase “car paint sealer”, there has been a considerable development, which now means that Alaska is not just a trade name connected to chemical car products. Alaska now offers, as part of their everyday business, a full range of car accessories including car wash brushes, sponges, windscreen wipers, ice scrapers and chamois leathers.

Alaska´s car care items are high quality products sold at affordable prices. They are available throughout Denmark, at service stations, in supermarkets with car departments, in DIY stores and at car stores. Alaska has taken care of Danish cars for almost 30 years and through continual product and marketing development, will ensure Alaska remains the Danish people´s most chosen brand name.

Fitness & Exercise

For many years Alaska A/S has sold the British well-known Carl Lewis Home Fitness Equipment. This brand has now been extended to include our own products under the trademark of ”Alaska Fitness”.

Our product range is constantly expanding and updated and consists of such products as TREADMILLS, EXERCISE BIKES, ELLIPTICAL CROSS TRAINERS, ROWING MACHINES, HOME GYMS, STEPPERS, etc. In addition to these, we stock three very popular YOGA & STEP products including DVD exercise programs. The ”Alaska Fitness” products are high-quality machines for home use and at very fair prices.

Portable Heaters

For many years, our factory, Kimex A/S, has provided fuel for portable heaters. In natural continuation hereof, we have now expanded our product range to include the heaters themselves. The products are sold under the trademark of ”KaminX” and come in several variants, both with and without power supply. The KaminX-heaters are all of Japanese top-quality with excellent features.
